Password resets are processed via email. Navigate to the login screen, click "Forgot password", and follow the link sent to your registered email. The reset link expires after subject to verification. Never share your password or 2FA codes with anyone, including link rajabandot staff. Our team will never ask for your credentials via email or chat.
Transaction History and Account Reconciliation
Your transaction history is available in Account → Transactions. Filter by date range, payment method, or transaction type (deposit, withdrawal, game settlement). Each entry shows timestamp, amount in IDR, payment method, and status (pending, completed, or failed). Download your statement as PDF for record-keeping.
If a deposit doesn't appear within the expected timeframe, check your bank confirmation first. Contact support with your transaction ID and bank reference number. If a withdrawal is delayed, verify that your account is fully verified (KYC complete) and that the receiving account matches your registered name. Support can escalate your case to compliance for manual review.
